Refund & Return Policy
If orders are not shipped within 2 business days, this means that the product is not at our shipping facility and needs to be backordered. This can result in a delay of up to 2 weeks excluding shipping delays. If at any point, you would like to cancel your order, you can reach out to our customer service team and we will be happy to do so.
If we do not receive your order, you will be refunded automatically, even if you do not contact us. Rest assured that Leville Beauty is a legitimate business with customer service and value at the top of our priorities.
All products that we offer are authentic. Any claims that our merchandise is counterfeit will be subject to a verification from our end. We do not provide refunds unless we can clearly determine that you are correct, and you are most likely incorrect. Our sources are extremely legitimate and all products have verifiable batch codes on checkfresh.com. Any attempt to harass our team for refunds will result in immediate ban from future purchases.
International orders are eligible for returns. It is the customer's responsibility to ship it back to us, as we cannot provide return labels for orders outside of Canada and the United States. Please consult your local postal services or shipping services.
If you have received an incorrect/damaged product, clear proof is necessary. Forward us clear images and our team will be happy to assist you.
Any deception or fraudulent claims will be rejected and you will be banned from making future purchases from Leville Beauty.
Orders that are lost are not eligible for refunds, only replacement packages. If the item is unavailable to us, only then we can provide a refund.
